Student Engagement Committee

The Student Engagement Committee is tasked with hosting a number of events each month to support and engage with students in the College of Engineering.
Events from the past include:

• -Passing out bagels and coffee in the morning
• -handing out hot chocolate before football games

With COVID this committee will explore new ways to keep students engaged such as:

• -hosting panel talks over Zoom
• -virtual yoga sessions for students

The goal is to host 2-3 events per month and provide food vouchers (Insomnia Cookies, Einstein Bagels, etc.) and giveaways (headphones, speakers, etc.) for students that attend the events hosted by the committee. Joining this committee will allow you to plan and host events as well as communicate with appropriate sources to make the events happen.
