Shreya Madhavarapu

Shreya is the licensing manager for physical sciences within Venture Partners at CU Boulder. In this role, she serves as the first point of contact for university researchers seeking to protect and commercialize their inventions. She assesses the patentability and commercial potential of new technologies and guides researchers through the process of bringing their innovations to market.

 

Shreya recently graduated with a PhD in biomedical engineering from Rutgers University, where she participated in the Rutgers I-Corps^TM program and worked with their Technology Transfer Office to explore commercialization pathways for her research. With a passion for advancing lab-based research into impactful technologies, Shreya began her technology transfer career as an intern in the Rutgers University Technology Transfer Office and went on to work there for over three years, supporting both the Technology Transfer and New Ventures groups in advancing university technologies toward commercialization.
