Grace is a Research Assistant in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan. Grace earned her M.P.H. in Environmental Health Sciences at the University of Michigan, concentrating in water quality, sustainability, and environmental epidemiology. Her Certificate in Global Health focused on global WASH. She is a prospective Doctoral student in Civil and Environmental Engineering (Fall 2018). Her current research includes an integrated assessment of water quality infrastructure and household behavior in rural Bangladesh and the analysis of arsenic in environmental and biological samples. A South African native, Grace has worked on WASH projects and research for 5+ years, partnering with communities or local organizations in rural Sub-Saharan Africa, Peru, and the United States.
