Dr. Jay Graham is Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health and the Department of Global Health. global environmental health specialist, Dr. Graham’s focus on international water supply, sanitation & hygiene development has had him working in a variety of countries, including: Benin, Bolivia, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Haiti, Indonesia, Mexico, Senegal, Venezuela and Zambia. He has more than 10 years of experience focusing on: program design, policy development, monitoring and evaluation, community participation, program management & sustainability issues.
