Jessica is earning a Professional Master’s in Global Engineering. She previously completed an B.S. in Environmental Engineering and a minor in Geology from University of Colorado Boulder. Her undergraduate experience included working as a research assistant on sampling urban sewer systems for COVID-19 and developing a low-cost real-time water monitoring sensor. Jessica became interested in the field of WASH and global engineering through exposure to the Mortenson Center in Global Engineering & Resilience as an undergraduate at CU. She hopes to use her degrees to work in humanitarian aid and underrepresented communities around the world. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing games, reading books, and spending time with her pet lizard.
