Mohammad Azim Kashify is a researcher, a social entrepreneur and a Chevening Scholar. Currently he works as project officer for Smart Waters Project (USAID Funded Project) for Central Asia and Afghanistan. He is also volunteering with AVN (Afghanistan Volunteering Network) and A-CAN (Afghanistan Chevening Alumni Network) and some other NGOs. His research focuses on wastewater treatment and reusing of wastewater and wastes for the mutual benefit of people and environment. He desire that his research will maintain water quality and quantity for the growing inhabitants of the planet and mitigate climate change impacts.He holds an MSc degree in Water Engineering from the University of Sheffield; UK, focusing reusing greywater and a BSc degree in Water Supply and Environmental Engineering from Kabul Polytechnic University; Afghanistan, focussing wastewater treatment plant. In his free time he likes to travel and discover world along cooking and trying new idea to fight water challenges.
