Responsibilities: 

  • Provide personnel and payroll support for the Paul M. Rady Department of Mechanical Engineering in collaboration with the College Human Resources department, with a focus specific to student employees and research faculty. 
  • Ensure HR practices adhere to department, college, university, state and federal rules and guidelines. 

What I enjoy most about working for CU Boulder: 

  • What I have enjoyed most about my experience at CU is the sense of community within the departments I have worked for and collaborated with. I also appreciate the support and understanding of how important a good work-life balance is.  

Bio: 

I am from St. Louis, MO and moved to Colorado with my husband DaWon Baker, who also works for the university, in 2021. I completed my bachelor’s degree in biological science at the University of Missouri(MIZZOU) in 2016 and obtain my master’s degree in Applied Leadership and Management from Arizona State University in 2019.  I love spending quality time with my husband and our daughter Nori. I enjoy yoga, online shopping & looking at home decorating ideas.
