Graphic Design for World Languages: Canva and Adobe Spark

Have you ever wanted to create your own professional-looking images, infographics, slideshows, posters, videos and other media for your course? ALTEC invites CU language faculty to learn how to use two free online design tools, Canva and Adobe Spark. At the end of this hands-on workshop, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of these two platforms, the basics of graphic design and how to create accessible content. You will create at least one design to be used in your CU course and will feel confident and inspired to use these tools in the future!
The main workshop is a 1 hour webinar-style presentation. Participants are then invited to join an optional 30-minute breakout session at the end to further explore and create within either Canva or Adobe Spark. We hope to see you there!
To reserve your spot, click the RSVP button below. You will need to sign into Google with your Colorado account.
We welcome you to check out ideas and get inspired for using these design tools in your curriculum!
