Language Classes Program Coordinator
ALTEC
Originally born and raised in Houston, Texas, Mindy developed a passion for language while listening to her parents speak Spanish and while hiking the Camino Primitivo in Spain. She moved to Colorado in 2017 to teach multilingual high school students in Denver after earning an MEd in TESOL. She joined the ALTEC team in April of 2023. As a member of the ALTEC team, Mindy coordinates Language Classes Programs. An educator at heart, she knows the importance of inclusive, accessible, and engaging language learning opportunities. She enjoys working in a place that values learning, growing, and connecting through languages.
