Benvenuti!

Benvenuti! Join us to practice your listening and speaking skills at the Tavola Italiana! The purpose of the Italian conversation table is to create a community of interest around Italian language and culture, help students practice the language and connect students studying the same language. All levels are welcome. We will meet on Wednesdays at The HIVE  @ALTEC (CASE E380) on the following dates in fall 2025:

Film Screening: "The Truffle Hunters"

Directed by Michael Dweck and Gregory Kershaw, 2020, 84'

Please join us to watch this documentary on truffle hunting and extraction in Italy

(since 2021 on UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity)

In Italian and Piedmontese dialect with English subtitles

The documentary will be briefly introduced by Olga Vasile
