Welcome Reception

Banquet Ceremony
Dinner will be served during the banquet ceremony. We also plan to announce the best student paper award at the banquet.

Parking and Rideshare Drop-offs
For rideshare, guests will want to be dropped on Stadium Drive at the Ralphie Runner statue and then proceed to each of the venues (Monday [weather permitting] to the UCHealth Champions Center, and Tuesday, up the stairs behind the statue to the BuffWalk, to access Byron R. White Club). They will see our attached directional signs posted.
If parking, guests can use the P1 level of Folsom Garage on the corner of Stadium Drive and Folsom, and use the pay stations for parking. They will need their license plate for payment. Map and instructions attached for reference if needed.
