Carolina Licalzi grew up in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She moved to Denver, Colorado in 2022 in order to be closer to her sister and nephew, and to have better access to the outdoors. Carolina graduated from Boston College in 2018, with a degree in English and French Literature. Shortly after graduating, she began working for the Boston Red Sox, where she served as the Manager of Fan Services and Entertainment for almost five years. Carolina is excited to continue her work in planning, operations and organization as an Executive Assistant in the Systems Team. In her free time Carolina loves to practice yoga, hike, bike, swim, ski, and cook. She is happiest when she is spending time in nature, and spending time with family and friends.
