Jovita Schiffer is the Extended Learning and Community Programs Manager in the Boulder Valley School District. She has spent several years working in education creating programs that support students, parents and teachers. Jovita specializes in resource development and cultivating partnerships. She also has a passion for social justice work and helping others. She is currently leading the Radical Wellness for Educators of Color project with the Crown Institute, which focuses on increasing justice and wellness for educators of color. As a consultant in the Crown Institute, Jovita helped to co-design the Cultivating Compassion for Ourselves and Others digital certificate for educators.
