Let's Get Mindful!


The Crown Institute of CU Boulder warmly invites you to log on and refresh yourself with a 15-minute mindfulness/rebalance practice. Faculty and staff from the Crown Institute Mindful Campus Program will be in the zoom room for you at the following times:

Donna Mejia, Thursday, December 9, 7:00-7:15 am
Esther Horowitz, Friday, December 10 4:00-4:15 (Spanish can be offered as well)
This program is free and open to all CU Boulder faculty, staff, and students. No pre-registration is required. No experience is needed. All worldviews, gender expressions, abilities/different abilities/disabilities, and identities are welcomed to this inclusive videoconference space. Transcription and closed captioning will be enabled for accessibility.
The Let’s Get Mindful sessions will offer a varied menu of mindfulness tools and techniques for you to explore the balance of your mind, body and heart. Please note that some of the practices may include physical movement, writing, and/or drawing. Please join us for this short reset/refresh!
