Nadia Floyd is a proud bicultural - with paternal roots in the American South and Ayisenne ancestry via her mother. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Social Psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder under the advisement of Dr. Eva Pietri. Nadia is broadly interested in STEM, higher academia and workplace diversity, and has interests in initiatives geared towards creating positive identity based development for marginalized youth of color. As a former undergrad at a Hispanic serving institution, Nadia values mentorship and is very excited about this new journey with the Renée Crown Wellness Institute.
