Eric Lobato
Lecturer

Eric Lobato is a lecturer for the Department of Computer Science graduate program at the University of Colorado Boulder. He is also an alumni of the program (B.S. 2015, M.S. 2017). When not teaching at the university, he is a penetration tester and cybersecurity consultant. This career has given him an expertise in Red Team security knowledge such as Active Directory and web application security, cloud-based infrastructure, and code automation. His goal is to bring what he's learned on the cutting edge in industry back to students. Some of his interests outside of computers include skiing, motorcycles, and gaming. He currently teaches the CSCI/CYBR 5020 course, Fundamentals of Network Programming.
