Joewie J. Koh

Joewie is a doctoral student at the University of Colorado Boulder mentored by Prof. Alessandro Roncone. In the Human Interaction and Robotics Group, he works primarily on problems at the intersection of robotics and reinforcement learning. He is also a student researcher in the NSF AI Institute for Student-AI Teaming, where he is developing an interactive AI partner for the classroom. Joewie is a graduate of Reed College [B.A. Mathematics], the University of London [BSc (Hons) Economics], and the Georgia Institute of Technology [M.S. Computer Science].
