Why do you teach online for the Post-Bacc program?

I am very passionate about teaching. As an instructor, one of the most important jobs is to bridge the gap between theoretical course material and practical application. My primary goal for being an instructor in the program is to educate students so they are prepared for the workforce and setup to have a successful future. I have a vast amount of professional experience in Fortune 500 companies that I can use to help ground course concepts with useful real-world applications. I have a true understanding of the innerworkings of organizations that I can tie concepts across the curriculum into a cohesive picture with useful analogies.

What do you like to do outside of CU?

I am an avid runner and cyclist. To give you an idea how much I love my hobbies, my daughter’s name is Cadence and my dog’s name is Sprocket.
