I am an Art History major and an English Minor. I’m an undergraduate student. After my undergrad, I hope to pursue a Masters in either Museum Studies or Art History. Ultimately, I hope to work as a curator in a museum, focusing on creating exhibits that bring awareness to how social and historical issues are represented, and the narrative such issues are given and represented to have, given by curation. My favorite piece in the museum is Rest on the Flight Into Egypt, attributed to Jan Brueghel the Younger and Hendrik van Balen I. My favorite periods of art are the Renaissance and art related to the African Diaspora, as well as other diasporic art.
