In addition to applying to the English department’s internship program, you may research and secure your own internships in the community. To be eligible to apply for English internship credit, you must be a junior or senior English major with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Like the department’s designated internships, self-solicited internships require prior authorization. If you identify an opportunity for an internship and would like more information about how to earn course credit, please contact Rachael Deagman Simonetta, Director of the Internship program.
