If you are having issues with your university-supplied computer (laptop or desktop), contact Dedicated Desktop Support (DDS). Log in required.

Common issues include:

  • Log in 
  • Network connection
  • Power or battery
  • Unprompted shutdown
  • Slow processing speeds

For university-supplied software:

  • Use the Self Service Software application already installed on your computer for many software applications including web browsers, Zoom, Microsoft Office and more.
  • Contact your DDS technician, or submit a request through the DDS service request portal for new software not included in the Self Service portal, as well as software advice, installation assistance, and more.
  • For additional software not provided by DDS, visit Software & Hardware for free and discounted software from OIT
  • Fill out the Export Control Loaner Laptops Request to request a loaner laptop while traveling abroad.
