In November, Paul Weimer will receive the Don R. Boyd Medal from the Gulf Coast Association of Geological Societies. This is a career award recognizing "Excellence in Gulf Coast Geology: for distinguished standing in Gulf Coast Basin research geology, and professional leadership."
