Research Interests

I use petrology, high-resolution microscopy and geochemistry to understand how GeoH2 forms and evolves in intracratonic areas. I mainly work on the Mid-Continent Rift, in Minnesota, where Mesoproterozoic iron-rocks are outcroping and are associated with atypical gases emanations.
