  Applications open: Monday, March 3rd 

  Applications close: Sunday, March 23rd at 11:59pm

  Voting opens: Monday, March 31st

   Voting closes: Sunday, April 13th at 11:59pm

  Winners are contacted: April 17th

 Assembly ratifies: April 30th
