Professor Andrew Grotzinger won the Fuller and Scott Award for outstanding early career contributions to the field of behavior genetics. Andrew is one of the originators of what is debatably the most important methodological innovation in behavioral genetics in the last 10 years (Genomic SEM) and the first author on the paper that introduced it. This itself should have put Andrew in the running for this award, but it’s only the beginning of his many accomplishments. He has published 46 (!) papers since 2015, including first authorship on papers in Psychological Science, Psychological Medicine, Nature Human Behavior, Nature Communications, Nature Genetics, Biological Psychiatry, and Science.
