The relationship between campus organizations and the Center for Leadership is mutually beneficial. The Center is happy to provide resources and opportunities to all affiliates with the understanding that each affiliate will reciprocate by committing to be a participative member of the leadership development ecosystem on campus; communicating and encouraging students, staff, and faculty to get involved in the Center for Leadership events and opportunities; sharing of best practices and other resources in order to offer leadership development to more students across campus; invest time and resources to offering experiential leadership development inside and between programs; and sharing program-specific yearly progress with the Center as a contribution to an annual report.

Air Force ROTC
CU Boulder's AFROTC Detachment develops leaders of character through a four-year program that prepares cadets for a commission as an officer in the US Air Force or Space Force. Open to first and second-year students.
Army ROTC
CU Boulder's AROTC Detachment produces adaptive leaders through a four-year program with a focus on teamwork and values, prepared to commission as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army. Open to all students.
Burridge Center for Finance
Focused on elevating finance at Leeds School of Business, the Burridge Center enhances student experiences, offering experiential learning opportunities, networking, and industry access. Open to all finance students.
Business Leadership Certificate
The Business Leadership Certificate is a 12-credit credential in Leeds that offers students foundational leadership knowledge, as well as professional and personal growth opportunities. Open to all Leeds students.
Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility
CESR offers Leeds students connections to the business community in Colorado by developing mission-driven leaders empowered to drive solutions to environmental, social, and ethical challenges. Open to all Leeds students.
Certificate in Social Innovation Program
The Certificate in Social Innovation offers an 18-hour certificate that prepares students to lead in fields that improve the lives of society's most vulnerable and disadvantaged people. Open to all undergraduates.
Colorado Diversity Initiative
Located within CU's graduate school, the Colorado Diversity Initiative aims to promote diversity in the STEM field by offering mentorship, learning opportunities, and community to undergraduate and graduate students.
Conference on World Affairs
The Conference on World Affairs is an annual event, bringing together leaders from across the world to share a range of perspectives on pressing issues. Student volunteers help to plan, organize, and implement the event. Open to all students.
CU GOLD
CU GOLD provides free leadership development education and an inclusive leadership community to CU students, with two different tiers of advanced leadership training to choose from. Open to all students.
Dalai Lama Fellows
The Dalai Lama Fellows program is a one-year leadership program where emerging social change makers learn to engage with complex systems and work with local communities. Open to all Leeds students.
Education Abroad
The Education Abroad office at CU provides students with global experiences, through which they advance their personal, academic, and professional growth. Open to all students.
Engineering Leadership Program
The Engineering Leadership Program offers a 12-credit certificate for engineering students, exploring leadership challenges in applied science using liberal arts pedagogy. Open to all engineering students.
Engineering Management Program
The EMP cultivates business leaders among upper-level undergraduates and graduate students. Tailor your path with tracks, including a minor and certificates. Open to all students.
Entrepreneurship Center for Music
As the College of Music's professional hub, the ECM offers career development with a focus on Music majors, empowering all CU students in the performing arts. Open to all Music students.
Fraternity and Sorority Life
FSL offers a community with nearly 30 chapters. The program emphasizes leadership development, academic excellence, service, philanthropy, and campus engagement, fostering personal growth and a sense of belonging. Open to all students.
Herd Leadership Council
The Herd Leadership Council cultivates leadership through event planning and philanthropy. Enjoy exclusive access to retreats, workshops, and alumni networking. Open to all students.
Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative
Facilitating access to campus-wide innovation and entrepreneurship resources, managing the New Venture Challenge (NVC) and mentor network, the initiative encourages lifelong learning in entrepreneurship. Open to all students.
INVST Community Leadership Program
INVST is a two-year, cohort-based program committed to positive change. The program includes internships, scholarships, and impactful travel experiences. Open to all undergraduates.
Journey Leaders Program
Journey Leaders help new CU Buffs feel welcome and represent CU positively during summer and fall welcome events. The training process involves a leadership course (EDUC 2800). Open to students with at least one fall semester left.
Leadership & Community Engagement Major
This Bachelor's Degree teaches culturally responsive and ethical leadership skills, collaborating with community partners to address societal challenges. Open to students in the College of Arts & Sciences.
Leadership Studies Minor
LSM develops ethical leaders through academic coursework, self-reflection, and team projects. Choose your pathway to complete the 16-credit credential. Open to all undergraduates.
Learning Assistant Program
The LA program trains students to teach their peers in over 130 courses at CU Boulder, across all disciplines. LAs work alongside faculty to promote learning in their respective classes, while earning a stipend. Open to all undergraduates.
Leeds Consulting Group
LCG is a student-run organization at CU that engages with outside organizations to solve real-world problems. LCG offers extensive casework training and a robust professional development program. Open to all students.
Leeds Global Initiatives & Programs
Leeds Global Initiatives & Programs include First-Year Global Experience, Global Business Certificate, Global Internships, and more. These programs are designed to foster globally-informed business leaders. Open to Leeds students.

Master of Science in Organizational Leadership
The MSOL degree program is an asynchronous, online Master's program designed to develop the leadership skills of working professionals. The coursework blends business, communication, and social sciences.
Multicultural Leadership Scholars
MLS is an inclusive community at CU Boulder, supporting students studying leadership from a multicultural, social justice perspective. Successful participants will also earn the Leadership Studies Minor. Open to all undergraduates.
Naval ROTC
The NROTC detachment at CU educates midshipmen in communication, decision-making, teamwork, ethics, and organization. Participants will commission as officers in either the Navy or Marine Corps after college. Open to all students.
Outdoor Pursuits
Outdoor Pursuits facilitates outdoor skill-building and exploration trips and workshops. Outdoor Pursuits offers leadership education through experience. Participation and employment are open to all students.
Peace, Conflict, and Security Program
PACS advances understanding of conflict dynamics, teaching advocacy, collaboration, and peacebuilding skills. The 18-credit undergraduate certificate equips students for conflict resolution and peace-related careers. Open to all undergraduates.
Presidents Leadership Class
A four-year leadership program, PLC focuses on foundational values and principles critical to leadership. Students engage in academic and experiential curricula, service, and community engagement. Open to rising first and second-years.
Residence Hall Association
RHA is a student-run organization and serves to build on-campus community and advocate for safe living environments. RHA has executive positions dedicated to community-building and safety. Open to all students.
SCRIPPS Leadership & Career Development Program
Scripps offers tools for leadership and career success for student-athletes. The program focuses on post-graduation readiness through workshops, events, and professional staff development. Open to CU Boulder student-athletes.
Student Academic Success Center
SASC is an educational opportunity center focused on academic, enrichment, and career advancement for first-generation, underrepresented minority, and non-traditional students. Open to students enrolled in an educational opportunity program.
Volunteer Resource Center
Emphasizing education, reflection, and reciprocal relationships, VRC promotes social and environmental justice. Programs include Alternative Breaks, CU in the Community, Volunteer Placement, and more, open to all students, staff, and faculty.
