We support learning opportunities that build both job specific expertise in the field of research administration and also professional skill development applicable across our organization and in support of our office norms.

All OCG staff are strongly encouraged to participate in research administration training workshops offered through OCG's Training Development program. Research administration specific workshops and programs can be found under the Training tab on the main navigation.
