Our Preseason schedule starting August 5th is as follows:

Monday @ Lower Fields: 6-8 PM 

Tuesday @ Lower Fields: 6 PM - 8 PM

Wednesday: REST

Thursday @ Lower Fields: 6 PM - 8 PM

 

Players should be doing addition weight lifting and cardio outside of practice. 

Practices are normally held on the Lower Athletic Fields, with film in the large meeting room by the ice rink in the recreation center. However, this is subject to change. Please check Whatsapp daily for practice updates. 

Please try to arrive at training 20-30 minutes early for positional warm-ups.
