The student success organization acts as the integrative core for all College of Arts and Sciences undergraduate students. We facilitate a liberal arts education across the college and by doing so, support the divisions while building bridges between them. The student success team mission centers a faceted understanding of belonging as a pathway to “welcome, land & launch.” Student success is the nexus for connecting our current and future Buffs’ passions with their learning objectives. Our ultimate goal is to encourage our graduates to live the university motto, “Let your light shine.”
Our team includes Academic & Curricular Affairs, Recruitment, Academic Advising & Coaching, Office of Pre-Health Advising, Academic Operations, A&S First Year Programs, Miramontes Arts & Sciences Program and the A&S Honors Program.
