Poster Session and Dinner with Current Graduate Students
- 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Check-in at the hotel lobby. Hotel is Embassy Suites by Hilton located at 2601 Canyon Blvd, Boulder, CO 80302. Phone: (303) 443-2600. Look for table with Computer Science label. Collect welcome package.
- 4:15 pm – 4:30 pm: Welcome by the associate chairs for graduate education in the conference hall of the hotel. Refreshments will be available.
- 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Poster/Information Session - Conference hall of the hotel. Current students will introduce research that is going on in our department.
- 6:00 pm -6:15 pm: BREAK
- 6:30 pm: Dinner with current graduate students in Aloy Thai Restaurant, 2720 Canyon Blvd, Boulder, CO 80302, Boulder
- 8:00 pm: Outing with CSGSA for interested students who identify themselves as an under-represented minority in the field of computer science.

Q&A with Current Students, 1:1 Faculty Meetings, and Dinner with Faculty!
- 8:00 am - 8:30 am: Breakfast is included in your hotel stay.
- 8:30 am - 9:00 am: Current student volunteers will drive you to campus in our rented vans.
- 9:00 am - 9:15 am: Welcome by Chair, Professor Ken Anderson
- 9:15 am - 10:20 am: Graduate Student Q&A, coffee served.
- 10:20 am: Everyone should gather in the Engineering Center Lobby where volunteers will coordinate to escort visitors to various locations for 1:1 meetings.
- 10:30 am – 12:30 pm: 1:1 with faculty, various locations, student helpers in DLC Lobby. Students will be hosting AMA tables in the DLC lobby for those who do not have one-on-one meetings. Visitors may also use this down time in the DLC Room, next to the DLC Lobby. Also, if you have gaps in your schedule and you wish to visit the Robotics lab, they will open their doors (ECST 322).
- 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: LUNCH with Graduate Committee in DLC 1B 70
- 1:30 pm- 4:00 pm: 1:1 with faculty, various locations, student helpers in DLC Lobby. Students will be hosting AMA tables in the DLC lobby for those who do not have one-on-one meetings. - 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Campus Walking tour led by various staff and students.
- 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Dinner with Faculty: Rec Center Ice Rink Overlook large room. Campus Tour will end at the Rec Center
- 8:30 pm: Our rented vans will bring you back to the hotel after dinner.
