If you are an MENV Lecturer and wish to request a guest parking permit, please reach out directly to your Specialization/Capstone Lead. They should have a small supply of undated paper permits for lot 556, which is adjacent to SEEC.
For all other guest parking permit requests, please complete and submit this form well ahead of your guest's visit to campus. Permit availability is limited and Parking Services staff require a minimum of 5 business days to fulfill guest parking permit requests.
Single day permits cost $10 per vehicle, single evening permits cost $5 per vehicle, and five day permits cost $25 per vehicle. Once issued, these permits are non-refundable.
Guest parking permits may not be available for the dates and lots you select on this form. If necessary, Parking Services will reach out to you at the provided requestor email address with available lot options. The information you provide on this form is routed directly to Parking Services staff at parking@colorado.edu.
The permits issued via this process are virtual permits, not paper permits. Once your guest parking permit is issued, you should receive a confirmation email from parking@colorado.edu with parking instructions. Please forward this to your guest along with a link to the interactive map below, and a reminder that their virtual pass is only good for that specific date in that specific lot.
