Student Lists
Faculty, staff, and designated students have sending privileges to student lists. Messages sent to higher-level lists will be delivered to member lists as shown in the student list diagram below. Only faculty and staff who have opted in to the monitoring list will receive messages sent to any student list. Faculty or staff who would like to be added to the monitoring list, law-studentmsgrecipients, should contact lawit@colorado.edu.
Faculty & Staff Lists
Faculty and staff have sending privileges to send messages to any faculty, staff or student list, but will only receive messages sent to lists that they are members of based on the list definition (below). Messages sent to higher-level lists will be delivered to member lists as shown in the diagram of faculty and staff lists below.
List Definitions
law-adjunct-fall Fall semester adjunct faculty based on roster for current or upcoming semester.
law-adjunct-spring Spring semester adjunct faculty based on roster for current or upcoming semester.
law-allstaff Law School, Law Library, and centers staff.
law-class2xxx Current JD program class by graduation year.
law-everyone Roll-up list of all Law School faculty, adjuncts, faculty emeritus, fellows, visiting faculty, and staff.
law-fac-adjunct Roll-up list of both fall and spring adjunct faculty based on current or upcoming semester.
law-fac-emeritus Emeritus faculty.
law-fac-fellow Faculty fellows.
law-fac-tenuretrack Tenured and tenure-track faculty.
law-fac-visiting Visiting scholars or faculty.
law-llm Current LLM student class.
law-msl Current MSL student class.
law-permanentfaculty Permanent faculty including tenured, tenure-track, legal writing, library, and clinical faculty.
law-studentmsgrecipients Faculty and staff who have requested receipt of messages sent to any student list.
law-students Roll-up list of all current Law School students.
