Jeff brings over 29 years of consulting, corporate and C-Suite experience to his role as a consultant and teacher. His passion for and expertise in leadership and team performance makes him a sought-after expert by corporate executive teams and academic institutions alike.
Jeff has served as Vice President Talent Development for Vail Resorts Management Company, the premier mountain resort company in the world. Jeff’s legacy at Vail includes the leadership development programs he created. Rob Katz, CEO for Vail Resorts, publicly credits the success of the company to its focus on leadership and culture development.
Prior to Vail, Jeff spent 10 years developing leaders and culture in healthcare serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer and VP of Organization Development for Healthways - a progressive well-being company. Consulting has made up the balance of his career including recently co-founding Adventures in Leading, a culture-team-leadership development firm based in Boulder, CO. With Adventures he is working with a variety of clients in industries ranging from environmental engineering to tourism to healthcare, designing and delivering leadership and team development programs.
Jeff resides in Golden and spends much of his time in the foothills of the Front Range with clients, family and friends. He attained his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and his Bachelor’s in psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
