Robin (Jensen) Lunt (“RJ”) currently works as the Chief Strategic Officer at Guzman Energy, a competitive wholesale power provider committed to bringing lower prices and cleaner energy to rural communities. At Guzman, RJ oversees all commercial deals, including power purchase agreements for wind and solar, tolling agreements for natural gas plants, and customer agreements with municipalities and cooperatives. RJ and RZ met (and gained their nicknames) when they served as legal and policy advisors to Commissioner Tony Clark at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. RJ previously served as the Assistant General Counsel at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners where she shaped state and federal policy initiatives including American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds for smart grid, transmission planning, (attempted) climate regulations, and other significant policy initiatives. RJ is an optimist and leader dedicated to building companies that create a brighter, cleaner energy future. She’s a lawyer by training, policy maven, and early-stage company veteran. RJ is a believer in good people and the power of innovation.  RJ lives in Denver with her two children and her husband, Scott, who is obsessed with electric vehicles.
